Holiday Inn Houston Hobby Airport, an IHG Hotel

The staff were courteous and friendly and met ally request and expectations..the shuttle ecen took us to near by restaurant for dinner and brought us back when we were finished...very accommodating and will stay again.

I have stayed in Holiday inn Singapore, Malaysia, and Jakarta with stays are at least 10 days. Though the previous experience was good, I thought I would try a bit differently this time in the USA. But Thank God, I haven't chosen a different hotel and I went with Holiday inn again. All the front desk people are so kind and ready to help you at any time and all you pay if you feel pricey is for what you get as exceptional services and facilities. I have booked again for 10 days now but I am extending beyond that. We should understand that everything will not fall in right place every time but what people need here is, people to support when it happens. This holiday inn does it easily. kudos to All Frontdesk team members

I liked everything about the property. It was clean. The staff was amazing and compassionate even with all the evacuees from the hurricane. They were so helpful and understanding of everyone situation.

Location is perfect Staff is great specially Angie , she was great and helped me a lot during my stay

I like that it was very clean and quiet
